It’s engagement season, and we couldn’t be happier! Having couples reach out to me, hearing all the proposal stories, and the pure excitement is really music to my ears! This is really the first step into planning the perfect wedding! Last year during engagement season we did the 12 Days of Engagement blog series, and you can find our own formula on how to create your wedding guest list on Day 2. But now I am going to share with you one of our best kept secrets in how to collect all those pesky wedding guest list addresses!
Believe me, I know how stressful it can be to ask every person you know what their address is. Gathering your friends, your fiance’s friends, family, it’s a lot to keep track of! But we have found a website that is amazing, you can easily collect your address, the correct spelling of your guests’ names, and even customize to ask for the name of their plus one. But the best part this service is FREE!
We have kept this in our toolbox, but I decide, 2020 has been so crazy, it’s time to share it with all of you! It’s called Postable.com and it will save you so much time during this process! You can send a link to your personal address book through email or text message. Your guest then fills out the fields you decided to use, and the information is then saved in your account. The best part is once you have gathered all of your address, you can export it to an alphabetical excel sheet. For my planner self this is THE best feature!
