We are almost 2 weeks into 2017, and I have to admit I am still working on my Resolutions. I want them to be REAL, PURPOSEFUL, and resolutions I can stick to! That’s the hardest part, sticking to our resolutions! We all try really hard, but once February hits, it’s like Resolutions? What resolutions?
So here it goes! My Resolutions for 2017…
- 1. Have no fear! – What I mean by this is, I realize fear is what held me back from so many things last year, personally and in business. Fear is a paralyzing thing, but if you want to reach the goals you want to accomplish you have to have NO FEAR!
- 2. Live a healthy Lifestyle- Obviously we all probably want to lose weight blah blah blah, and don’t get me wrong I do too! But I really just want to make good decisions about what I’m putting in my body. More fruits, more vegetables, and a good balance of the good stuff, like In & Out Burger an Sprinkles! Haha
- 3.Get Dressed- I know this sounds so crazy, but because I work from home I am always in gym clothes. (Unless I have an appointment of course) But during the day I am in gym clothes working on my business. I have found the days I have consultations and get dressed put on a cute necklace, that type of thing I am way more productive! So my goal is to get “dressed” at least 4 times a week, and before 11AM.
- 4.Put quality content into my brain- I love Bravo, I need Housewives of Beverly Hills and New York in my life, but I need quality content in my life. I want to take time to listen to all of the podcasts I love, read more, go to museums. Deposit more good stuff into my brain that will inspire me.
- 5.Take cooking lessons- I love to Cook, and I’m a pretty good cook, but I want to really learn how to cook cook! I would love to learn how to cook a really fancy meal for my husband. I wish I knew how to chop vegetables perfectly, mince a garlic perfect, things like that.
So these are my resolutions in a nutshell, I have been doing pretty good so far. I got dressed 3 days this week! Go me! Lol and I have had no fear in my business this week. What’s the worst that can happen? Someone says no…That’s not a big deal.. I can handle no. My husband is on the same page with me in living a healthy lifestyle and we have had a lot of fun finding healthy recipes for me to cook, but Gina Homolka of SkinnyTaste has definitely made it fun and easy! So we shall see how the rest of the year goes… I wish you all luck in your new years resolution and I am going to try really hard to keep mine!
